Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- All tags, accessories, and labels must be intact.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Certain health and personal care items
- Items marked as non-returnable or final sale
Return Conditions
Returned items must be in re-sellable condition. We do not accept returns for products that are used, damaged, incomplete, or not in their original packaging.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 14 days for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect items received
- Size or color exchanges (subject to stock availability)
Please note:
Returns and exchanges are not handled through delivery services. Customers are required to visit our showroom, where our sales team will assist with the process.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, our team will contact you regarding the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Please check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary.
