Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

Returns:
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • All tags and labels must be intact.

  • You must have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Certain health and personal care products (details will be provided at the time of purchase)

Condition for Refunds:
Returned items must be in re-sellable condition. We do not accept returns for items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging.


Exchanges:

  • We offer one free exchange per order within 14 days.

  • A fee of KD 2 applies for a second exchange or more.

  • Exchanges are available for items that are defective, damaged, or if you simply wish to swap for a different size or color (if in stock).


Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

  • If the total invoice amount drops below KD 20 after your return, a KD 2 pick-up fee will be deducted from your refund.


Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account again.

  • Then contact your bank or card issuer; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@outdoor.com.kw.


Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend reusing the original packaging to help reduce waste and ensure safe transit.
