5. Shipping & Delivery
Outdoor Kuwait currently delivers across Kuwait.
Standard Delivery
Orders placed before 1:00 PM are usually delivered on the same day between 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Express Delivery
Express orders are delivered within 3 hours.
Last express order accepted at 9:00 PM.
Store Pickup
Store pickup orders are usually ready within 1 hour after confirmation.
Delivery timings may vary during weekends, holidays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
To qualify:
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
- All tags, accessories, and receipts must be included.
