The CIVIVI Cogent C20038E-3 is a mid-size folding knife with a 3.47" (88.2 mm) 14C28N blade in a black stonewashed finish and a natural G10 handle. The edge is half serrated: one part is plain for clean, controlled cuts and the other is serrated for cord, rope and other fibrous material.
It opens with a flipper tab, runs on a caged ceramic ball bearing pivot and locks open with a button lock. A tip-up pocket clip that can be set for left- or right-hand carry keeps it ready for everyday carry, and it weighs 108.36 g (3.82 oz).
